It now has more celebrity chefs than you can shake a stick at the most master sommeliers of any city in the U.S. As Vegas has grown up, so has the culinary scene. Never have seen such a sad sight.Las Vegas restaurants have evolved from the steakhouses, red sauce joints, and buffets that once powered the city’s vacationers (though we fully endorse that some of those early icons are worth the trip down Memory Lane). There was a slice of cheese on the sad bun not melted with tomatoes lying on top. For myself I thought a cheeseburger would be safe, I was wrong. There was even complaints of simple club sandwich. Though we are sorry the chef got hurt (before we arrived) they were not prepared and obviously had no backup or enough staff. Out of the 15 folks that were there I don't think anyone is going to return. A open face roast beef sandwich so salty it couldn't be eaten.

For some reason someone thought pouring canned mixed vegetables over the top was a good idea. One of their specials was ham/or corned beef and cabbage. I suppose that was to cover the bad food.no chef. At one point the owner or manager came out and told us that the chef tried to fix the a/c but fell and broke his arm. She did the best she could given she had no help, but some folks got their food, some didn't. We were the only people in that room and. Only 1/2 the place had working a/c but not the part we were in. Went there with a group this evening and we had reservations so it wasn't like they didn't know 15 people were coming.
